Jill Christine Howland
June 12, 1952 – February 12, 2015
Jill passed away in Litchfield, Ct. on February 12, 2015.
She is survived by her mother, Ruth Howland of Bethlehem, CT, her brothers, Jeff Howland of Boiling Springs, SC, and Sid Howland of New Milford, CT, three nephews, and many friends. Jill was preceded in death by her father, Sid Howland and her brother, Matthew Howland.
Jill had a lust for life and found the greatest joy in life’s smallest pleasures. She made the world a better and more beautiful place as a dedicated nurse, brilliant photographer, gardener, landscaper and solver of problems, big and small.
Her gentle kindness, generous heart, and beautiful smile will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.
There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at the Sherman Cemetery in the spring.
