Condolence From: Yvonne Gilyard
Condolence: Dear Family,
I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Alice was such a part of Bantam and will be missed by me and so many others. I first met her at the market (Big Value in those days) and that began a long friendship. Alice gave so much to our community in service to our Post 44 and our Historical Society, but more than that, she gave friendship and a cheerful smile to all she met. I will miss her.
My deepest sympathy,
Yvonne Gilyard

Condolence: So sad to hear of Alice’s passing. She was such a wonderful person. We met her at Bantam Market many many years ago. My children adored her. They called her Grammy Alice. She attended many of their special occasions and faithfully on every birthday that so special birthday card arrived from “Grammy.” She definitely touched our lives. Such a sweet kind woman. ❤️

Condolence: Dear Family - I am so sorry to hear that Alice passed away - she always had a smile and was a special Bantam lady. When she worked at the market, she was so pleasant and helpful to me (with 3 children I needed this!) Every time I saw her in recent years I was amazed that she never seemed to change while the rest of us aged and maybe weren't recognized. She looked the same and was always happy to see me; I would always say, "Alice, you never change!" and she'd smile. I bet she heard that day in and day out for years from the people who knew her! Sincerely, Mary
