Linda Ann (Devino) Bunnell

Linda Ann (Devino) Bunnell, 77, passed away on April 17, 2017 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She was the wife of the late Ernest Bunnell. Linda was born on January 18, 1940 in Brandon, Vermont to the late Paul and Mercedes (Munger) Devino.

Linda attended Thomaston High School. She was a Teacher’s Aide in the Litchfield Public Schools for many years. Linda was a Charter Member of the Northfield Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, a judge in the Connecticut Parade Marshals Association and the voting official for many years.

Linda is survived by her son David Bunnell and his wife Wendy of Middlebury, her daughter Teresa Berry and her husband Mike of Northfield, eight grandchildren; David, Jerry and Kenny Bunnell, Kate, Mike, Christine, Kim and Matthew Berry, her great grandson Connor Romans and several nieces and nephews. Linda was predeceased by her granddaughter Jennifer Bunnell.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Northfield Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, 16 Main Street, Northfield, CT 06778.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 from 5:00-8:00pm and Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 9:00-9:30am at Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield, CT 06759. A Funeral Service will be on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 9:30am at Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield. Burial will follow in Northfield Cemetery, Knife Shop Road, Northfield, CT 06778.
